Living Hope 3-on-3 Tournament - Mar 14
LHCC's 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will be held at Rowland Elementary school beginning at 1:00PM on Sunday, March 14. Please be sure to register your team for the competition via e-mail or eVite. The entrance fee will be $60 per team which includes 4 t-shirts for you and your players. Concessions will be available for purchase with all proceeds going to STEP 2010. A signup table will be available after 2nd service on Sunday. If you have any questions, contact lhcc.sports.and.recreation@gmail.com or speak with Charles Choi, Gil Kim or Tommy Pak.

PR1ME Retreat - Mar 26-28
Mark your calendar for March 26-28 (Fri - Sun). PR1ME Retreat is coming up very soon.Our guest speaker is Pastor James Yim from Living Way Community Church. The retreat will be held at Pinecrest Christian Conference Center at the Lakeside Chapel. The cost of the retreat is $105 (hotel style accommodations). Registration begins on continues.

Spring Cell Groups - beginning March
Church is more than Sunday corporate worship. Church is building relationship and doing life together. At Living Hope, we call it cell groups. Our spring semester of cell groups (regional small groups) will begin the first weekend of March. You will be contacted by your shepherd regarding the details of the first meeting. Please mark your calendar and connect with others. If you do not hear from anyone, please contact Pastor Steve or Pastor David.
Starting March, we will be starting a new sermon series "Nehemiah: Laying a Foundation for a New Generation." The cell groups will study the issues brought up in the sermons.
Old Testament Survey Seminar - Mar 13
Living Hope Teaching Ministry will be offering Old Testament Survey Seminar on Saturday, March 13 (9:00AM-4:00PM). The seminar will be taught by Dr. Kenneth C. Way from Talbot School of Theology. You don't want to miss this opportunity to learn under an expert of Old Testament. The cost for this seminar is $30. You can register via Evite or emailing Pastor David Kim.
STEP 2010
Is God calling you to serve Him this summer in a different country, outside of your comfort zone? Take a "step" of faith and learn first-hand about God's heart for the nations. We are sending out two teams this year. One team will be going to Indonesia (3 weeks) and the other team to YUST China (6 weeks). STEP Applications are due by March 14.

Neighbor's Pantry - Mar 21
Neighbor's Pantry is coming up on March 21st at 2pm. Spanish speakers are needed! Please meet at 12:45pm in the auditorium as lunch will be provided. A brief orientation will occur immediately after lunch. Volunteers will pack grocery bags, and others will distribute to arriving families. No experience required...just your time and heart of compassion.
Baby Dedication - Mar 28
There will be baby a dedication on Sunday, Mar 28. If you would like to dedicate your child, fill out the application found on the website and turn it into Connie Kim (connieot/at/yahoo.com).
Website Issues
Several months ago, our website was having some issues. Many of the older entries of the Mission Focus and From the Heart were effected and are now being restored. In the mean time, please be aware that the website is a work-in-progress. Please email Tim Dwyer (webmaster/at/livinghopecc.org) with any issues you come across.
Softball Season is Here!
Living Hope! Football season is now officially over with the Winter Olympics. What does this mean? It's time for bats, balls, mitts and bases.. IT'S SOFTBALL SEASON! Official spring training will begin on 3/21 the week after the 3-on-3 Basketball tournament. Dust off your cleats it's time to play ball! Volunteers needed
The Precious Lambs Ministry is seeking more staff to volunteer and support both the Nursery & Toddlers groups. We need Co-directors in both ministries and 2-3 more volunteers to serve in the growing Toddlers ministry. If you are interested, please contact Dooro Park or the current Directors in the respective ministries for more info.
