Service Time Location People Values Belief History FAQ

Our Core Values
1. WORSHIP within a young dynamic community
We believe that the task that God has given to our church is to reach a younger generation for Jesus Christ. We have intentionally designed our ministry so that we can be effective with those who are studying, starting a career or raising family. We desire to worship God in an exciting dynamic community of believers.

2. RECEIVE relevant biblical truth
We believe that the Bible is true and relevant yesterday and today. We also believe that it is the goal of the church to instruct its members in the Scriptures. The leaders and pastors of Living Hope are committed to honoring the Word of God through expository preaching, inductive Bible Studies and other instructions that are both biblically accurate and life relevant.

3. CONNECT through genuine friendships
We believe God works through relationships. It is through genuine relationships that people’s real needs are met and inner lives are changed. Because of this, we value long-term relationships and maturity brought about through things such as commitment to the church family through membership and small groups. We believe that a member of the church is a part of the “family.”

4. IMPACT the community around you
We believe that God will raise impact churches. God desires for His children to reach those who are in their own community. A few churches are needed to rise up and distinguish themselves as churches that the unchurched can recognize as salt and light of the community. We pray that God would allow Living Hope Community Church to be one of those churches.

5. GO to the world you do not see
We believe that God has given us the vision from the beginning that our church exists ultimately to reach those outside the church. It is our desire that every young member of the church experience short-term missions (called STEP) and that subsequently they would have God’s perspective on the world that may not know God.

6. RAISE a godly family
We believe that legacy is built by reaching inter-generations. It is our desire and goal to not only accomplish the above for the adults but also for their children. Though we are still learning and growing in this area, we desire to minister to the whole family.
