This page is to help you get connected with serving at Living Hope as part of your commitment as a new member. Please use the following links to sign-up for any Sundays are available. We ask that you sign up for 3 spots in each ministry within the first 5 months after becoming a member.
WELCOMING MINISTRY
Description of Roles and Responsibilities
Patio Greeter Responsibilities at the 9:30AM or 11:30AM Services
- Greet and guide people to seats
- Attendance Count - take count of attendees in the Patio and relay to Inside Lead
- Cleaning - scan area after service for trash or anything else left behind
Inside Usher Responsibilities at the 9:30AM or 11:30AM Services
- Attendance Count - take count of attendees in the Main Sanctuary, Upstairs Mezzanine, AND CRY ROOM and relay to Inside Lead
- Cleaning - scan area after service for trash or anything else left behind

HOSPITALITY MINISTRY
Description of Roles and Responsibilities
1) 8:00-9:15am
a) assist with set-up (ie put out snacks; cereal)
b) assist with serving cold coffee/lemonade/various drinks
2) ~10:30am - once praise begins towards end of 9:30am service
a) assist with serving cold coffee
b) assist with serving lemonade/various drinks
c) assist with serving hot food item (if applicable)
3) ~12:30pm - once praise begins towards end of 11:30am service
a) assist with serving cold coffee
b) assist with serving lemonade/various drinks
c) clean-up kitchen area (ie put items away; wash coffee pots/containers)
Once you sign up, you will receive an email reminder the week you are serving.
