SUNDAY SERMON
SUNDAY SERMON SERIES

The book of Exodus is more than a dramatic account of God delivering His people from captivity in Egypt—it is a story that continues to speak into our lives today. Alister McGrath, in The Journey, writes, “The Exodus tells our story. Each of us has a personal journey to make, from our own Egypt to our promised land.” Like the Israelites, we long for greater freedom, to be delivered from the things that enslave us, and to be led into something new. In this way, the book of Exodus is not just their story; it is an invitation into ours—a transformative journey of discovering who God is, who we are, and how He calls us into a new way of living and being.
